Baked Butternut Squash Fries
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Peel and cut the squash into long, thin french fry shapes (roughly 1/3″ thick). In a large bowl, toss the squash with oil, using your hands to evenly coat each one. Lay them on a wire rack set on top of a baking sheet and salt them. Bake for about 40 minutes, flipping halfway for even crispness. Serve immediately!

No ingredients….!!!!!!!!!
Mine turned out sooo gross-plain. They were good with ketchup. They were really small and completely flat with no filling. I put a few fries in the oven. They all fell, so I used a toaster oven. It works much better because the rack space is closer together.
should i eat snack after 1h ,from breakfast and lunch?
This looks amazing. Can’t wait to try it!
Is butternut squash the same thing as spaghetti squash?
no it is different. Spaghetti squash is more yellow and butternut is closer to acorn squash, in my opinion haha.
