28-Day Bridal Bootcamp Workout Calendar

For all my Blogilates Brides out there, I have created this 28 day Bridal Bootcamp Workout Calendar that you can do the month leading up to your wedding! Don’t worry about hiring an expensive personal trainer or getting a fancy gym membership. You can get super fit right at home with my Bridal Bootcamp. And the best part? It’s absolutely free.

So here’s how it works:

#1. Choose the day you want to start your 28-day Bridal Bootcamp. Then STICK TO THE CALENDAR. Do not stray in order to see your best results.

#2. Five days out of the week we will target a new muscle group. On the sixth day, you stretch and rest. The seventh day is optional but highly recommended if you’re really looking to challenge yourself and burn more fat and build more muscle.

#3. Do each video once through and check off as you go. You can actually click on the videos in the PDF or you can get them on my YouTube channel!

Here’s your calendar:

I hope my Bridal Bootcamp helps you to feel your best on your big day! If you find the calendar helpful to you, please share it with another bride! Word of mouth really helps this community thrive! Also…I’d love to see you in your wedding dress! Hashtag #BlogilatesBride and #BridalBootcamp so I can see!

Ahhh I am so excited for you! Good luck with the wedding planning and the workouts. Remember, the most important thing throughout all of this is to ENJOY THE JOURNEY! Take a deep breath…and let’s do this!!!

Hi Cassey, I was just wondering whether it is possible to add the bridal calendar to your BODY app. I’m really liking the app and would like to use the app for the bridal calender. So I hope this is possible. Much obliged.

    1. blogilates says:

Yes!!! I am working on this! 🙂

      1. Hannah says:

Hi has the Bridal Bootcamp been added to the app? I am considering purchasing the app but I really want to be able to use it for the Bridal Bootcamp!

My wedding will take place in September. Even if it has a lot of restrictions due to COVID, I am still planning to become the best version of myself and to feel better. Hope this workout will help. Thanks.

    1. Diana says:

Same! My wedding is also in September. We can definitely still look and feel like the best version of ourselves even though so many other things are out of our control. Best of luck on your journey 😊

  16. NannasUnivers says:

I’m going to a wedding in September I want to look my best so I’m gonna do this workout calender even though my own wedding was last year xD I want to get toned up and try to loose the last of my baby bump!

  17. Thank you for doing this as I been looking all over for a personal trainer that fits my core values and goals of what I want my ideal bridal body to look like. It’s been extremely tough for me to go to the gym because of the pandemic with COVID-19 cases are on the rise in our state. My fiance and I got engage on Father’s Day, it was a big suprise and I’m planning the wedding date to be next year God Willing may 2021. So I’m reluctant, nervous, determined to get through these workouts you laid out for us brides to be after watching and subscribing to your YouTube channel.

    1. blogilates says:

      Congrats!! You got this!!!

  19. Danielle Gilman says:

I’m so excited to start this workout. I’m getting married March 2021. I also have my appointment to try on dresses September 26 2020. I am going to do this boot camp over and over until the wedding along with a low carb diet. It’s time to buckle down and get stuff done.

  20. Emily says:

This is such a fun find! I’m getting married June 2021 so I’m starting slow to not burn myself out! First 28 days one video a day, 2nd 28 days 2 videos a day and so on. I’ll be honest I’m sore after just one a day so far! I just started these 3 days ago but I love it!!!

  21. Linda says:

My wedding is in 3 months, I’m planning on doing this 3x in a row. Any guidance on how many inches/how much weight I’ll expect to lose? Thanks!

  22. Maeva says:

Who else isn’t a bride and wants to do this challenge ? I’m so interessed in it!!

  23. Carly says:

Ok am i dumb i can’t find the pdf anywhere. Getting married in October 2020! I had a baby dec 17 so this will be my first workout plan after baby. Got my dress when i was less than a month PP but with quarantine i may have gained some weight. Have my first dress fitting July 8 so i want to be good by then and then continue until the wedding!

    1. Diana says:

      Hi Carly,
You just have to press the calendar and a PDF file will open.

  24. Claire says:

I want to join a Bridal Bootcamp group on Facebook or some other platform if anyone is interested! Does anyone know of one that already exists? I’m getting married in about 6 months

  25. Candace says:

Do we even do the PIIT 28 videos once? Because most of thos videos first time though only work one side. ..or would we just switch half way through?

    1. Liz says:

The PIIT videos that work one side, I’ve just been doing those videos twice.

  26. Lorie says:

    Getting ready for my wedding

  27. candace says:

I need to do this Starting Sep 1st. I get married Oct 1st 2020

    1. Ella Tan says:

You can always start a few months ahead! Especially if you’re not very active to begin with. This can give your mind and your body some time to really get into it. Instead of shocking it just a month before your wedding 😀

  28. piano says:

Is someone willing to share a beginner/modification guide to these workouts? I know about the beginner calendar, but I am wondering if there is something out there tailored specifically for this boot camp.

  29. Nicole B. says:

Starting my Blogilates Bridal Bootcamp journey today! I’m getting married June 2020 and I just bought my dress yesterday. Hoping I can tone up and look like my best self on the big day.

I am following Cassey for over 10 years now and I knew it from beginning that I am following her routine for my big day! I am getting married in March 2020 but I am seeing some of my – interesting- family members in 1 month in Istanbul! I can’t wait to give this a go- on top of my marathon training- wish me luck!
    C you are a star!!!

  32. Destiny says:

Starting today! Getting married in October 2020! This workout will be kicking off my full year to get fit for the wedding! #BlogilatesBride #BridalBootCamp

    1. Charmaine says:

Congrats! I started on Monday and am getting married Oct 2020 too !

Are you doing all 4 videos each day that are listed ? Not going to lie one video alone made me sore 💞 hopefully we can keep each motivated over the next 8 months

  33. Pam says:

Where are the videos you name on your calendar

    1. Jo says:

They’re on the Blogilates YouTube channel.

  34. Alexis Egeland says:

Can’t wait to get started on this! I’m getting married in June 2020 and plan to start the Bridal Bootcamp plan in August. If I love it, I might use it every month leading up to the wedding! Can’t wait to see how this helps me tone up and feel more confident in my dress – and can’t wait to hear success stories from everyone else as well! So glad I stumbled upon Blogilates.

  35. Erin Bowen says:

I am getting married in 1 week! I completed the 28 days summer sculpt challenge and literally went from somewhere between a size 6 and a size 8 to a SOLID size 6. Now my dress is LOOSE on me! It feels so amazing I seriously do not care that the straps fall down every time I move…thanks for all the shoulder workout moves Cassey 😉 <3 My ONLY suggestion for people watching these videos is to do the PIIT workout last. You wear shoes during that workout. I'm on day 12 and I started doing all 4 videos on day 10 (I started doing 3 videos a day for week one) & I'm doing the bonus day since I cant complete the entire boot camp before the big day. I feel confident in my dress now thanks to you Cassey and I am sending you a virtual high five and hug!!!!

    1. Ella Tan says:

OMG Congratulations!!! I am sure you looked absolutely gorgeous on your wedding day! <3

  36. Melissa says:

    This is awesome! Thank you!!

  37. Health says:

Hi there, its nice paragraph concerning media
print, we all be familiar with media is a great source of information.

  38. Jordan Maloney says:

So on day one do we do happily ever abs, intense ab burn piit, an focus and waist trainer or pick one each week

    1. Danielle Meridieth says:

From how I read it, you do each of them (all 4) in one day. I’m no where near being strong like that, so I’m starting with one and hoping to be able to add one each week. <3

  39. Emily1993 says:

Started this yesterday 🙂 – Day 2 down!

    Getting married in November 😀

  40. lily says:

hi. I cant open workout calendar March 2019. Its problem on the website?

  41. luvlilade says:

None of the videos are here….

  42. luvlilade says:

The happily ever abs video isn’t there, it says error

  43. Megan says:

Am I dumb? Lol where are the actual workouts for these? Thanks!

    1. Monique says:

Not sure if you have figured it out already but download the pdf and click on one of the exercises, it should take you there. I also downloaded it to GoodNotes that way I can mark it off as I go 🙂

  44. Aleeyah says:

I’m getting married in 2 weeks! But were having the ceremony in 6 months! I want to look the way I did when we first met. We love each other no matter what size we are but… I don’t want to lose my breath just walking down the isle. (I’m already getting winded just walking up the stairs to my apartment)

  45. Eve says:

I want to look amazing for my big day in 2 months time! But I’m still losing baby weight (I have a 5 month old) and just found out I’m pregnant again (currently 8 weeks). I was really active (Bachelor of Dance and 5 day per week gym routine) prior to giving birth. Would this still be safe for me to do?

    1. Elinor says:

As long as you listen to your body and nothing feels wierd or not as it should you are OK! That’s what I did and my baby is three months old and perfectly fine! 🙂 <3 Listen to your body, it knows what you can or can not do. If something feels of or wierd or oddly umcofortable then stop 🙂

  46. Daniela says:

I want to look and feel my best for the most special day of my life!!!😍

  47. nehachopra says:

Thank you Cassey.. You are a saviour!! God Bless you 🙂

  48. Cheyenne says:

Oh my goodness, this is exactly what I was looking for! I have a year until the big day so hopefully I can bring my best me down the aisle! SO EXCITED! Going to do the Stretch Revolution & 100 Squat Challenge together in November with my future hub, we are both ready for the challenges ahead!! <3

  49. Kourtney says:

Your workouts make me want to cry because I can’t do over half of them! I feel so fat and out of shape. I try so hard, even have hope that maybe I can do the next exercise and then I fail at the next one too.

    1. Khush says:

Modifications girl! Don’t put yourself down like that. I literally say this to myself but I feel so horrible seeing someone else actually feeling the same way. I can’t get through half of the exercises in some videos as well but it’s okay because that’s how EVERY journey begins. We can’t expect ourselves to fly through all these exercises without struggling. Just find modifications or even alternatives to the moves that are too difficult and you’ll slowly build the endurance to get breeze through them one day. Don’t give up. Tell ur mind that you CAN do it!

    2. Sarah says:

Do what you are able! Cassey has been doing this for years. You aren’t in competition with her or anyone else, just yourself! Speaking from experience as someone who started off not being able to do a lot of her workouts, it’ll get better and you will slowly get stronger! It might take some time but you will get there! I originally was super discouraged as well but I switched focus from it being a weight/fat loss thing to a personal growth thing. If I could stick it out, even though I wasn’t good, and everything i had to do was a modification or even just try to move anything while she was doing whatever, I became stronger as a person. If I could handle this situation where I was definitely failing, then I could take a risk in other areas because I knew I could survive not being good or failing. BUT the exciting part is if you keep at it you will eventually be able to do it AND you’ll feel better/be stronger. You definitely have this Kourtney – you’re strong than you know and persistence is worth so much more than being able to do something perfectly!

    3. mary1190 says:

No matter what, you’re doing better than everyone who is sitting on the couch! Like Khush said, modify anything that you need to – that means doing push ups on your knees, doing regular squats instead of squat jumps, etc. I am wayyyy out of shape, and I can’t do a lot of the exercises how they are supposed to be done, but I just do a quick Google search for a modification of whatever exercise is being done that I can’t do, and then I do that instead. Also, pause the video and take breaks if you need to!

    4. Ari says:

Maybe you should start with the beginner calendar. You will get the foundations and you will see the progress at the end of the month, as it’s softer but still works. Then, you can start again if you feel you’re still not strong enough, but you will notice how you can do the beginners calendar quite easy compared to prior 4 weeks! it feels amazing! – then you can start with bridal booth camp, or the monthly calendars. And always do what you can, and use modifications!

  50. Keshonna says:

I love how Organized You are! The Calendars are AMAZING!

  51. Katie Haines says:

I’m engaged but the wedding isn’t until May 🙂 this will come in handy closer to the time, first I need to start slow since I just started working out again after a long time 🙂

  52. Silvia says:

    Beautiful idea

  53. Tonir says:

I’m getting married next month and have been doing your bridal boot camp videos and others. I love them and can I just say thank you for all you do and how you do it. I feel like you genuinely care about your fans and audience and I love that you’re gracious and kind with the career you chose to pursue. Thank you for not losing yourself along the way.

  54. Sarah says:

This came at the perfect time I just got engaged

  55. Jessi says:

Does anyone else find it difficult to find videos on the app?? I have to go onto YouTube because it takes too long to find the videos I need from the calender and now I don’t even use the app which is sad because I thought it’d be more useful and fun! Now I have risk of getting distracted between videos on YouTube😱😩 guilty it’s my fault but still I hate the temptation.

  56. Jessie says:

Am I the only one who finds it hard to find the exact videos you want on the app?? I stopped useing the app because it took too long to find the video from the calender so I started just typing it into YouTube. So now I don’t have a use for the app, and I sometimes get distracted on YouTube prolonging my workout! 😱 guilty it’s my fault! But still would be nice to have a search tab on the app.

  57. Dani Simone says:

I’m super excited and you will definitely see my wedding day photos! I’m desigining myself the most gorgeous dress and I have to be in shape to rock it! @nubridal

  58. Liz says:

Where do I find all of those videos outside of the bridal ones? What do you search for? Are they already on one video playlist on your channel for easy access?

    1. Anne says:

If you download the pdf you can click on the videos right on the calendar! Otherwise you can search the exact name of the video. It helps if you add “blogilates” top the search.

  59. Helena Cardador says:

Is this being added to the app? 🙂

  60. Kelly says:

    Can’t wait to try!

  61. Elena says:

Quiero perder peso para estar bien padre en mi vestido de boda!!

  62. diet plans says:

it’s great blog,i really like her style, her cheerful personality.thanks for sharing your information.

  63. Who s training for their wedding to be in the future?!

    #singleandmarriedtofitness

    1. Cristina says:

I am! And my dress it’s gonna be like the Pride and Prejudice movie style! without gloves though, too hot!

  64. Lina says:

    😍😍

  65. Kara says:

You’re soooooooooo incredibly amazing Cassey!! I LOVE your youtube videos…I use to run -doing a 9min mile, I done Crossfit and most recently 9Rounds all of which I enjoyed but in someway got injured and had to stop. I love all your post you are inspiring many- even those of us that are slightly older that the average 20 yr old- thanks 🙂

  66. Chelsea says:

Are we meant to do the four workout videos in one day? Haha my abs are on fire after the one!

  67. Yvette Journey says:

It would really help planning to have time estimates for each work out Day right in the calendar. Is that possible?

    1. Steph says:

I’ve done 3 days so far, and it’s about 35 minutes of actual workouts between the 4 videos. It seems like the first videos are 10 minutes, 2nd and 3rd are about 7-8 minutes and the last video each day is about 11 minutes!

  68. YuKa says:

My wedding is on the 1st of September, I’ll start this calendar in August. Thank you, Cassey, for taking care of us :))

  69. Brittany Littlesalt says:

    what is PDF?

  70. IK says:

I’m kinda confused about the PIIT workouts and I was wondering if anyone could help. Should they be repeated the full four times or do they only need to be completed once?

    1. If you’re following a calendar (like this one) you do it just once. If you’re doing it on it’s own as the whole workout, you repeat it 4 times.

    2. Marleen says:

You only need to do it once if you follow the calendar (the 4 separate videos). If you are not planning to do the other videos and you just want to do the PIIT, you can repeat it four times to still get a nice work-out 🙂

      1. IK says:

Thanks both for clearing that up!

  71. Brittany says:

How long is each day’s workout? I want to be able to plan my workouts and need to know when to set my alarm. 🙂

    1. Marleen says:

I usually schedule about an hour to comfortably go through the videos 🙂

  72. Jillian says:

    Hi!!!

I’m new here. I don’t know what happily ever after abs workout means. Help?

    1. Libby Lemus says:

It’s the name of the video on YouTube.

    2. Libby Lemus says:

It’s the name of the video and you can find it on YouTube.

    3. Alicia says:

You have to go to her videos and all the workouts are there! Good luck!

    4. Diane Williams says:

      Hi Jillian
Ditto and what does PIIT mean?

  73. hamoore83 says:

Are we supposed to do the hour long video plus the other 4 videos?

  74. Rochelle G says:

Today is my seventh day of doing the bridal workout calender. The arms and cardio a few days ago really tested me. I hope by the end of this month I can go through the entire workout for arms and cardio without stopping.

  75. Sarah says:

I’m already a week into the Bridal Bootcamp and love it! I’ve seen results this quickly just from switching to this instead of my previous app. Your bootcamp is no joke! But I enjoy pushing myself! I’m going to look amazing in my wedding dress come June 9th! Thank you!

    1. Brittany says:

      Congratulations!!

  76. Sofia says:

Not a bride 👰 to be (13 years!) but I still love this workout series!

    1. Jass919 says:

Same i am 14 . Doing this for my 15th birthday coming up (big thing where I am from)

  77. Strong Areej says:

Absolutely love the bridal boot camp video series. I could do these videos everyday of my life. Honestly they are that good.❤️🔥✨

  78. Kyleigh says:

    – Also I have tried clicking the link that says to get the clickable calendar here, and it takes me to a page that I don’t even see the calendar on?

  79. Kim says:

Good question. I was wondering the same thing😁

  80. Angela says:

Is anyone else not able to print the May calendar? It keeps redirecting me to April’s.

  81. Brittni says:

I honestly think I found this at the right time. Thank you so much. I’ve been using Blogilates cardio warmup (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WNvxFjzSs58) to start my workouts… albeit whenever my workout motivation is at its highest on my “workout roller coaster.” But I am going to stick to this workout plan, darn it. My wedding is on June 1st (whoo hoo)… I do not have time to waste.
Congrats to all the brides. Balancing work, family, a social life, and wedding planning is no joke. I am trying not to loose it with mine’s 4 weeks away. But I got this. You got this! Go brides!

  82. Rebeca says:

    Hi Cassey,
Love your workout calendars. It would be nice to have a online calendar where you can click on the workout and takes you directly to the video.

  83. Riv says:

This calendar is amazing! It includes most of my favourite workout videos of you! But I was wondering.. The cardio and tone day includes the Full Body PIIT workout, which includes excursus for only one side. Normally you would do the workout twice to even it out, but in this calendar you only have to do it once. I tried splitting the time (so doing the side plank for 23 sec on one side and 23 sec on the other side). However this is highly inefficient and makes me adapt a poor form from switching so quickly. What is your solution for this? Or how am I supposed to do these exercises? Thank you in advance!

  84. Fitri says:

Hey Cassey, so glad my sister tagged me at one of your videos, my wedding is in 2 months, and I’m nowhere near my body goals. But I’m so glad I found you and your incredibly motivating video tutorials, I’m gonna try the 28 day bridal bootcamp, I hope I can survive this, cause I’m always out of breath following your videos haha
    Wish me luck 😘😘

  85. Moo Moo1 says:

Hi Cassey, I am 50 years old and I am so loving your You tube videos. Even though I am sometimes a little slower and run out of puff, you are so so inspiring, you with encouragement to keep going and don’t give up! You can do it ! Have been doing your exercise calendars for the past 3 months and I an starting to see a change. Just printed out your Bridal 28 day boot camp calendar. What an awesome idea. Definitely going to use this calendar in the future, so even though I will be over 50 I too can look a little sexy too for my Wedding day. You are great and I luv watching your videos and so luv your Dance cardio ones. Who doesn’t love to dance, right !! Luv your different ideas for your workouts and keep the exercises changing, so you don’t get bored. Keep up the good work !

    1. Iglika_77 says:

I’m 41yo and agree with what the videos are inspirational. For the last two years i loose 10 kilograms every summer and weight up only 3kg in the winter. I learned to eat clean and healty and this really helps to keep my weight less. I love all her videos. The Cassey’s videos are inspirational and funny. I like to train with her YouTube videos. Her videos are solution for me because i have no enough money to visit pilates groups and the gym, but also she is talking about exersises. I visit one grop in my location and this was an ouful. So i’m always exitited when she upload a new video on YouTube. Thanks Cassey, and all the people who are positive about her work 🙂

  86. Jan says:

Hey Cassey, I’m new to blogilates but I’m loving it so far!! 🙂 I have a problem though, I can’t seem to get the password for your site! Every time I click request password, I receive the email days later and when I click on the reset password link, the link has expired :-/ how do I solve this?

  87. Sari feldman says:

I don’t have a wedding coming up, but my goal for working out is to look sexy for the next one I do have! So let’s see how this goes!

  88. Rebecca says:

I am so excited for this! Mine is in August and I have been searching for a workout plan that I will ACTUALLY follow! So happy! Thank you!

  89. Hannah says:

So happy to be getting wedding ready with you! Mine is in two months, so this is perfect! I appreciate the generosity, joy and love you bring to working out because it keeps it feeling positive and fun always!

  90. Maya ali says:
