    Hi Cassey! Please do a series of videos for moms who want to get back into shape. I have a 6 month old daughter and she takes up much of my time. But now we’ve kind of developed a regular daily routine and and I’m also getting used to very little sleep that I feel I can start exercising without getting burnt out. Hope you can help us moms!       Have you tried the Beginners calendar? I am a mom with two kiddos (1 and 4) and used the Beginners to get back in shape. To be honest, since Cassey is not a mom herself, it may be difficult for her to create a calendar just for new moms. I certainly didn’t know what mamas needed until I was one myself. Also, congrats! And good for you for taking time for yourself. Keep at it!
