    I’ve been mixing my calendar workouts with other workouts since the beginning of this year and cut my eating. I’ve been losing since slowly at times and faster at others,and i started out at 200lbs (or more) now I’m between 154 and 160lbs. Thank you so much Cassey.

    Boy, am I sweating!!! I couldn’t do it 4 times like today’s calendar suggested (September 2018), only did it twice and not remotely as fast as Cassey, but I’m still so proud of myself. I’ve been following the calendar for three weeks now (completed today) and I’m already strong enough to do this workout twice in a roll, including the side planks crunches! If it was a month ago I wouldn’t even be able to finish it once. Thank you so so much for helping me build my strength, Cassey! You inspire me so much and I definitely feel my body shaping into what I’ve always wanted it to look like; and not just that, I also feel great and confident like never before!!! Love from Brazil <3

    omg!! First time in forever i didn’t have to modify the side planks!! Ive been following the workout calendar and its helped me get back into shape and lose so much weight after having a baby!! im almost to my goal weight!! Ive got my confidence back!! Thank you so much Cassey your amazing! Your calendar workouts make me feel amazing!!

    I didn’t think I was going to be able to do it 4 times. I did it twice then thought about quitting. I looked at the comments and they inspired me to keep going! I feel so accomplished! I haven’t worked out in a long time and I feel very out of shape. I couldn’t do things quite as fast and she did.. but I did them!

    My side has been hurting since yesterday, and the Victoria Secrets Ab Workout + round 1 of this has cured it. You should have a medical license, Dr. Cassey : ) : )

    Tip: PIITs get much easier for me if I mute the sound (sorry Cassey)and do it to some work out mix with popular songs, and also if i take 2,3mins pause in between rounds.

    I purchased and requested a refund. DO not waste money. A supposed 28 minute video is a 7 minute one they tell you to play 4 times. Totally different than advertised.

      These videos are free. Where did you buy them from? Also, if you had done your research you would have known that you need to play the video through 4 times.

      I’m not on PIIT by the way, I just follow her free workout calendar.

    Cassie, I love your workouts and your message. However, the $39.00 for your new PITT series is a bit discouraging. I understand you have to make money and encourage it because you do a great job and deserve compensation! However, I feel like this goes against my understanding of your message: that people of all walks of life (regardless of socioeconomic class, weight class, ect) should have access to quality, fun, and time sensitive workouts. I would love to participate in PITT, but unfortunately cannot afford it. It is a bit disheartening.

    That being said, I do thank you for all of the hard work you have put into blogilates and the great workout videos, healthy recipes and inspiration you have given us!

      I understand your point of view, Im from México and it´s very expensive to buy dolars for us. Buuuuuuuut I think Casey offers lots of exercise, recipes , etc etc for FREE, more than we could ask for!! Im not gonna say its cheap some of her sellings buuut im saving money to get certified with her, she is worth it and her method too.

      I don’t understand this comment…how is one $39 series depriving people from “all walks of life access to quality, fun, and time-sensitive workouts,” when she literally has hundreds of free, quality, fun, and time-sensitive workouts on her channel…? You make no sense whatsoever.
