    That workout was so fun! Its such an old video but I loved it, I love when Cassey cheerily announces she’s going to kill me, it makes me push myself even harder to make it through the whole video!

    If we follow the calendar and do all the video’s listed for the day, everyday.. .. is that enough cardio? I know its enough strength training. I want to just lose a few pounds but definately need to tone and tighten everything..

      I think it’s enough. I think she tries to put in the cardio warmups that help, but these “Cardio Craze” days are really crazy!
