I have total love/hate relationship with this one. It is effective but after that first move I always feel like crying when it’s time to do those pushups.
Still can’t properly complete that first move but I plan on working out my arms and obliques until I can!
Pop is really intensive. It’s also very effective. Love it.
I loved the exercise when tapping the toes while doing leg lifts, as well as going in close and out wide of our legs. =D
I can’t do the first move 🙁 I’m hypermobile, so my elbow starts wiggling wildly any time I try this. Are there any modifications?
The first move looks complicated but it’s kinda easy to get into its proper form but, like all new moves that Cassey introduces, it is hella painful (especially on the arm that’s on the ground) !
I would say this workout was a little on the advanced side, although I have come to do them particularly well, from experience this can be frustrating to some, moves can be painful and no breaks! However, this should be motivation, keep pushing everyone. The first time I did this video, I was like yeah no way these moves no way, now although they are painful, I can push. PS: Yes everyone, the first move is hell! That one has not gotten that much easier.

The first move was really hard… I could do it but it’s very confusing and it hurts my wrists so I had to stop between every rep. 🙁
Please bring back the linked downloadable calendar. Whenever I have to log in again, all the checks I’ve done showing the workouts I’ve completed DISAPPEAR! Not good…

I can do the first move but stopped every one because my hand hurted a lot, how can I do?

I could only perform that first move twice!
Thank goodness I was at home because it took me a while to get that first move! I would have been so embarrassed if I was in a class!
