Great video – but my cat lay down on my yoga mat precisely behind me, during the rollovers. Luckily I noticed before I squashed her! I picked her up and put her on the bed but she wouldn’t have it. She’s now lying on her back at edge of my mat. Perhaps she wants to do some ab work with Cassey?!

I am still trying to stand up after the flip over. I will keep practicing till I master it. I really love it.
I couldn’t do it either till I realized that my feet were too close together! :-p She mentions having them outside the hips and it made all the difference for me!!
Still a nope on those leg over squats! My tailbone really bothers me when I do leg outs even after I pad my mat. I also feel it so much more in my quads than abs. Any tips for better form?
I totally cannot stand up for those squats hahaha hope that gets better as I get stronger!

Does anyone esle have this problem where since total body comes right after abs day, your abs are so sore that you can’t do half of those workouts? Is it just me ?
No matter what total body comes after, it makes that section difficult :\ haha but we power through!
When I did the roll-up squat, I ended up flipping all the way over…
