Thanks for offering beginners moves. Even these were hard

couldn’t do the hip dips or the reverse twist crunch well. 🙁

I’m really loving all of these exercises. I’m doing the beginner’s calendar while recovering from a broken ankle (with appropriate modifications, of course) and can’t run. Everything is so much fun and also so effective that I think I’m going to stick with it even after my ankle heals. Thank you! <3

The last move was such a mess for me, ha ha

This is the day I officially gave up on. It’s doing absolutely nothing for my body if I’m trying to do moves that I’m not physically strong enojugh to support myself while doing. Hip dippers seem great and all, but when the only move I can actually pull off and put work into is one out of five, it turns into a frustrating waste of time.

I’ve been working through the beginner calendar and while the moves are killer I needed cardio/fat burn so I’ve been doing my usual 30 min stationary bike and then doing one video off the calendar instead of doing all 3 for the day. Definitely more fun than the moves I was doing before and I can feel how much more effective they are. Love these videos!

sorry, but this was the worse 🙁

Two days after I did this video, and I really feel it all the down on both my sids. From below the arm pit to the top of my hips.

I can’t figure out to do the twist 😕. My body just won’t twist lol

I was not able to do the hip dip

Hi what about more sections with weights?

Hi Cassey, can I suggest that you add warm up and cool down videos in the calendar every day? It would really help for those of us who are new to stretching. Thanks!

I do the “Appartment friendly warmup” video before every workout and the “total body stretch” video after ! I don’t know if it will help you, but I found it’s a good warm up/cool down routine for me. 💖

Do you have any workouts for beginners with knee problems? Or any suggestions to modify exercises?
