It was Amazing👏
Amazing
I must be either not quite in the right form or my lower abs are stronger than my upper because it’s my upper abs that are really burning.
I usually dont have problem pushing my back into the floor, but i couldnt do it with these moves. Has anyone any tips?
Hi Cassey! i have a short torso and i never know if i have my hands in the right spot how do i know? also my back sometimes hurts after ab workouts i can never keep my back on the floor since my back is arched a little even when i stand up against a wall my back wont touch the wall any tips for that!?
What was always my problem was I had my hips rolled back. I don’t know the best way to describe it other than imagine there is a dial on both of your hips. To bring your hips up, you need to twist the dials towards you. You need to engage your core and clench your butt for your hips to roll forward, but your back arch is fixed. I was taught this by a physical trainer, so it won’t harm you. Just help you!
The last move is the death of me lol
This video is amazing
This video is now my favorite abs session. I felt its effect.
