I love the 8 minute bikini thighs! It’s tough but satisfying! And I love the timer – keeps me motivated to get through to the end of the workout and able to push myself just a little bit more. Thanks for a great video!
What’s the name of the song in 8 min bikini thigh
Thank you for the thigh video. I used a couple of the moves for part of the butt portion of the Piloxing class I taught last night.
Hi! I wanted to join a Spanish group in the blogilates app. Do you know how can I create one?? Thanks!!

hi cassey, if I’m not following the calendar, how many times should i do this video a day?;)
Hi Cass! Wish you an awsome summer… can you help me with the fat on my thighs? I mean that little fat that look horrible when you were shorts or anything… Cellulitis
I read this blog occasionally for about 2 years because I do pilates and I love it.
(This isn’t what I came to comment about but I don’t really think the workouts get Pilates. It’s about control, perfect technique and doing exercises while being being mindful about your whole body. Pilates should be done slowly and with care, so putting it to pop music and creating high energy workouts isn’t really suitable. This is really evident in all the pictures, just look at the image on the youtube video for this article, Cassey is not even attempting to maintain alignment along her spine. Also, Pilates certainly isn’t exercise for weight loss. )
Loads of the blog posts talk about being confident in yourself despite what you look like but the entire blog is about beauty and weight loss. All the workouts are about trying to achieve a look that conforms with conventional beauty or trying to make yourself look better. Also all the photos Cassey post of herself are posed to try and make her look as attractive as possible. She even said in one post that she was spending ages holding stretches just so she could get the most flattering possible picture.
Cassey, you need to stop being so completely image focused and actually practice what you preach. You have created a blog that constantly tells its readers to aim for certain beauty standards while simultaneously declaring every other post that everyone should be body confident just the way they are. It’s hypocrisy. This blog is just another example of the insane amount of pressure that is put on women to be attractive and conventionally beautiful.
Amy,
You are obviously being hypocritical yourself, so why would you point out your opinionated flaws of another when you are not perfect either. Why would one who believes that “this blog is just another example of the amount of pressure this is put on women…”, yet you have “read this blog occasionally for about two years…”? There must be a reason why you too read this blog if you have referenced it for such a substantial period of time, so don’t put Cassey down if she has provided anything for you (which she evidently has). Your comment was straight out uncalled for. If have you nothing nice to say, don’t share it. Your negative input here is just mean. Your comment is the very source of the cyberbulling that is so damaging. Also the reason why Pop-Pilates has its own certification is because it is not regular Pilates and therefore is necessarily different. Another aspect that you don’t seem to understand is the primary purpose of Blogilates. It is to encourage and support women in their health journey. Cassey’s photos are only posted to provide inspiration to women who are perusing this lifestyle. She would never want to make anyone feel bad about themselves, for all she works for is for the positive benefit of others. My response was only necessary because the last thing Cassey, who is wholeheartedly good, needs is to be insulted.
“You are obviously being hypocritical yourself, so why would you point out your opinionated flaws of another when you are not perfect either.”
That’s not what hypocrisy means. Are you saying only perfect people (who don’t exist) can critique something?
“There must be a reason why you too read this blog if you have referenced it for such a substantial period of time, so don’t put Cassey down if she has provided anything for you (which she evidently has).”
I read the blog because I find it interesting to see what other people do but I haven’t got anything from it besides a minute or two of entertainment. I meant I love Pilates not the blog. Also when I started reading it it was more about exercise and less about slimming down.
“Your comment was straight out uncalled for. If have you nothing nice to say, don’t share it.”
I did not say a single mean thing. Comments sections don’t have to be hug boxes.
“Your negative input here is just mean. Your comment is the very source of the cyberbulling that is so damaging.”
Again, nothing I said was mean. Sometimes reviews are on the negative side, it’s just a part of life.
If I was cyber-bullying my comment wouldn’t have got past the moderators.
“Also the reason why Pop-Pilates has its own certification is because it is not regular Pilates and therefore is necessarily different.”
I get that, that’s why I put why I’m not into it in brackets. For me POP Pilates just doesn’t do Pilates justice. Again, I’m allowed to critique something.
“Another aspect that you don’t seem to understand is the primary purpose of Blogilates. It is to encourage and support women in their health journey.”
Unfortunately Blogilates is becoming primarily about appearance. My post was about how this blog has double standards on body image. I’m sure this is a very motivational blog for some people but that’s not what my comment was about.
“She would never want to make anyone feel bad about themselves, for all she works for is for the positive benefit of others.”
That’s why I thought it was important to point out the way the blog has become more focused on appearance in a negative way.
“My response was only necessary because the last thing Cassey, who is wholeheartedly good, needs is to be insulted.”
Again, how have I insulted Cassey?
Okay 1st of all Amy, YOU put Cassey down….Nothing Nice to Say, Don’t Say ANYTHING AT ALL!!!
Love your workouts! I kinda miss the longer workouts such as the Total Body Bangin’ Workout though. Not that I don’t like the short beginner’s workouts but it’s kind of difficult for your more advanced students! Maybe we can just watch your old videos 🙂 love you!
Congrats to all the winners!
