Brains & Beauty Detox Water

2-3 slices of orange

small handful of blueberries

5 mint leaves

How does it work?

– Oranges: They contain flavonoids in the peel and juice that stimulate the immune system and protects against a fungi/pests while helping to reduce cholesterol levels.

– Blueberries: They are the antioxidant champions in charge of clearing free radicals from the body that cause disease and pre mature aging. It also as promotes brain health!

– Mint: helps you digest effectively because it improves the flow of bile from the liver to the gallbladder to the small intestine to break down dietary fats. It also helps relax cramped up stomach muscles.

 Fountain of Youth Detox Water

2 sliced strawberries

1 sliced kiwi

How does it work? – Kiwi is packed with vitamins A and E to help prevent free radicals as well as certain types of cancer. The superfruit also flushes out toxins from the colon, which improves your overall health and well being. – Strawberries are amazing for fighting carcinogens plus they contain anti-aging properties like biotin and the antioxidant ellagic acid, which helps prevent sagging skin.

Fat Flusher detox water

 2 sliced strawberries

1/4 lime (washed well and sliced)

pinch of cinnamon

How does it work? – Strawberries: see above – Lime: Lime juice actually helps stimulate and regulate the digestive track, so it’s helpful with constipation, heartburn and gas. – Cinnamon: This helps improve circulation, it thins blood, and manages blood sugar levels. Results in fewer sugar cravings so you eat less and can control calorie intake.Screen Shot 2015-03-22 at 12.29.47 PMI got a lot of comments on where I got the bottles on YouTube, so if you’re not sure, you can get them on shopblogilates.com! Hey guys! I recalled that Cassey once said on the stomach slimming detox water video that the water should be ice cold. However, she said on the videos about having lower belly fat that doesn’t go away is also caused by drinking cold water. What should I do?

    1. John Smith says:

my Dr. told me once when you drink cold water your body uses cal to heat it to body temp for digestion so colder is better. I like my water cold anyway 😀

  7. Laura says:

I just love my bottle and can’t wait for the timer bottles in August! So far I have tried the fat flush and brains and beauty recipes. I just love both of them thank you so much.

  10. Amber says:

How much fruit would I use in a fusion pitcher vs the fusion bottle? I eventually want one of your bottles but until then, I have a pitcher. I want to say it’s a 1/2 gallon?

  11. Naiara says:

I bought my bottle and loved, but did not quite understand the time scale. Between 1pm and 2pm I have to drink plenty of water. Drinking the end of the bottle and fills and then drink much from the beginning. That’s right?

    1. Christine says:

I do not understand the time scale either! The bottle seems too big to match up with the stamps. Do I only fill the bottle up with water beginning at the 8 o’clock stamp or do I fill it to the top as Cassey shows in the video clips? And as previous post stated, what happens at 1:00? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Cassey! I would love one of these water bottles because I have a really hard time staying hydrated. I have a water bottle with a basket to put fruit in, but it’s so hard to clean and is so stained to the point where I can’t use it. I’ve looked on your site but these water bottles aren’t there! Do you know when you will be getting a new shipment, or if you are? I think they are a great idea and would DEFINITELY buy one! Also, are they easy to clean?

Thanks for being a great inspiration to myself and the whole Blogilates community!

I liked how it marked how much to drink when because I never drink enough water during the day!

When will you get these back on your site??

    1. Sherry says:

They are back on if you have not ordered already. I just got mine in the mail and can’t wait to get started! I have never been a water drinker so I am hoping this will change my ways!
