This was great! Can’t wait for your upcoming content! What have you got planned for us?
Hi, my elliptical also doesn’t have an incline. How can I change the settings to suit the workout above?
My eliptical does not have incline stuff, what should i do?
on my eliptical the resistance is 0-100 so 3 is barley anything is it the same or if not what is the equivalent on my machine
If I were you, I would multiply her resistance level by 5 to get a good equivalent.
I figure that her level 20 is max resistance, so that’s probably equal to your machine’s 100.
So:
3 = 15
5 = 25
7 = 35
10 = 50, etc.
Hopefully that works for you!
I love that you have an elliptical workout! But I am wondering what the ‘inc’ stands for?
it stand for incline
