Happy Monday! Ready to start a new week?

I am!! Finally getting over this cold and am feeling much much better!! Also did sooooooo much home shopping for my new place! Getting addicted to decorating!!!

Anyway, I am off to go teach at Equinox in a few minutes and just wanted to put up your Monday video for the #MayMuscles calendar. Today we have a POP Challenge!!! Haven’t done these in a while and thought it’d be fun to bring it back 🙂 In this workout, we listen to “Clarity” by Zedd! Love that song.

    Please~~~~ Some My Chemical Romance or something more “scene”!!! (i.e.: Panic! At the Disco, My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Black Veil Brides..etc.) Please!!! I do like some of the songs that are more poppy but this may help diversify the music taste in your audience! I know that tends to cause trouble but people get along here on Blogilates!

It will sound a million times better.

    I’m obsessed with Little Talks by Of Monsters and Men.. dunno if it’s pop-ish enough but it really good and there’s this one part around the 2:52 mark that just always makes something inside me swell! Haha not sure how to put it into words but I ALWAYS have to sing along to that part no matter where I am. 🙂

    In the lyrics of Olly Murs’ song, he says “WHY DOES I FEEL SO GOOD BUT HURT SO BAD?!”, lol! It definitely goes with one of your really crazy workouts! when I first heard it I was so addicted to this song! it’s upbeat and catchy! (And because it sounded like Adam Levine from Maroon 5)

    I really hate going to the gym, so I hired a personal trainer and that really emptied my wallet. So I stopped doing that and now I do home workouts by watching your videos. I’m much happier with the way I look and feel when I exercise. You are a great inspiration for me, thank you so much!

I always do your videos but the calendar puts them together better than I can, and it motivates me to do them. I have a tendency to just run and do abs, but this taught me to work all my body and then I will see a change.
