Cute Food That Makes You Go Awwwwww!!!

Cute Food That Makes You Go Awwwwww!!!

Today one of you POPsters posted on Facebook and showed me a really cute squash picture. I’ve been obsessed with small foods recently…actually it all started with that mini sweet pepper clutch I donned in the Supermarket Showdown video.

So thank you! You inspired me to do some random grocery shopping with the sole purpose of finding “cute food” today. You should have seen me at Whole Foods…I was walking around the produce area really slowly with piercing, investigative eyes…I was all decked out in pink and black workout gear (booty shorts of course). Quite a few of the helpers asked if I needed assistance – I must have looked really concerned or something. Buut nah, just focused was all!!!

Anyway, I want to share with you the cute food I found today! It was so exciting grabbing these lil guys! Thanks for tweeting me and facebooking me your cute food suggestions while I was shoppin – it really helped out! I am hoping to do some type of video talking about these fruits n veggies this weekend. Each has such character that I feel like they should be given names and bios. Ahh my creative juices are flowing…I wanna make them come alive!

Check out this crazy summer squash. He reminds me of the mini aliens from Toy Story.

Mama Roma and her widdle baby. Thats’s a grape tomato! They are so good in salads or even on their own. Very sweet.

It’s the mini sweet pepper (from my mini sweet pepper clutch) and what she’ll grow up to be one day 😛

I can’t believe the tininess of this pearl onion. I should get a quail egg and make a Barbie-sized onion omelet.

Brussel sprouts! They just look smart.

These 2 aren’t even the same fruit…but I loved how the watermelon matched the stripes of this summer squash.

Yellow neck squash – that little one looks like a goose or platypus or something.

Baby banana!!!! Just hangin.

Weird alien squash and the super quirky patty pan squash! Looks like a pretty door knob.

Doughnut peach! Speaking of doughnuts, Krispy Kreme is giving away free doughnuts today June 1st for National Doughnut Day! Definitely take advantage if you’re not on a strict diet! Krispy Kremes are so good 🙂

Aren’t these mini baby potatoes darling!? They even come in 3 colors.

Eggplant. Although not small, I think he looks so humble and kind. Kind alike the donkey in Winnie the Pooh. What’s his name. Oh! Eeyore!

This is def not cute but absolutely strange. That is the longest sweet potato I have ever seen in my life. Regular sized one is just beneath it! Can u believe!!??

36 lb jackfruit.

Just having some fun with the fruit weight. You know, doing a lil upper body workout with it! Everyone does this right? 🙂

I still have the spike marks on my forearms now. Oh what I’ll do for pictures.

Did I miss any other cute foods? I know baby corn was on the list, but I somehow forgot! I can’t wait to think about what kind of vid I can do with these foods. Any suggestions for me?

Don’t forget to enter the HUGEEEE CRAZY AWESOME giveaway going on right now! There’s lots to win! Check deets here. Hope you liked the new bikini video for aba abs abs!!!

Work hard guys!

Lots of cute foods! I really like baby bok choy, and I think arugula leaves are pretty darn cute, too.

  18. A store near me had baby brussell sprouts over the winter – they were teeny tiny and oh so cute!! I’d never seen them before!

Thanks to you Cassey (and Google) I just got schooled on “what a Jackfruit” is. That 36lb. beast is loaded with antioxidants and phytonutrients (Sounds like a word Rosie would of used from the Jetsons).

Can’t find spaghetti squash anywhere! Here in the UK we only seem to have butternut squash or the pumpkin which comes out in October for Halloween. Can’t wait to one day own a big enough garden to grow my own fruits & veggies. I love pasta but want to sub it for healthier cleaner option.
